Recommended for those booking Detailed/Complex Manicures to send inspiration photos ahead of booking so I can better assess design complexity and advise on any adjustments before your appointment.
Rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the appointment and will only be considered for unavoidable circumstances.

Before your appointment
A few things to note before booking your appointment.
A $15 deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made via the PayNow QR code shown during the booking process. Once payment has been made, please send a screenshot via Instagram DM using the same name used for your booking request. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill after your appointment.
All bookings are made through the website and walk-ins are not accepted. If you require a timing outside of the available slots, feel free to send me a message on Instagram and I will do my best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Last-minute bookings may be subject to a $7 surcharge.
As I am continually refining my skills as a nail artist, some appointments may take longer than expected, especially for highly detailed designs. To ensure the best possible result, please set aside approximately 3–4 hours for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 45 minutes late may be required to simplify their chosen design so that subsequent bookings are not affected.
Complex sets may require more than the standard appointment duration. To ensure there is sufficient time to complete the set without rushing, selecting a Complex Gel Manicure will block out the following appointment timing.
Appointments may be rescheduled provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations are only accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from making future bookings.
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where it is unsuitable to proceed. This may include certain nail or skin conditions, situations that could be worsened by nail services, or inappropriate, disrespectful or uncomfortable behaviour.
